I just downloaded a widget! Apple has fixed the security issue with Dashboard now with the Latest update 10.4.2. When you start downloading a widget, it annouces “this is an app. would you like to continue”, once you click yes, and it downloads, it annouces “we found this widget on your system, would you like to use it”. And finnally, when you type F12, and Dashboard comes up, you will see a black box and it says “Would you like to keep this widget, or delete it”. I think this is very, very secure now. Keep up the good work Apple!
